We were very fortunate to have Karl, John and Tony do major repairs to our home. Whole ceilings needed to be pulled down and repairs and repaint done throughout. They were brilliant to work with! Very open and honest with their communication, and helping us understand what needed to be done and why. Cost was also reasonable given the amount of work to be done and they really took care to do the job right. We have future work to come and we will without a doubt be calling Karl’s team again. Just look at this workmanship. There used to be a walkthrough gap here, these guys expertly closed the gap for us and installed the window. Over the years they have done many jobs for us, deck painting, door installation etc.. These guys are extremely versatile, do excellent work, are happy, polite and very fair on their pricing. I wouldn’t use anyone else for household repairs. We have used this team for the past 10 years.

Highly recommend these guys, very professional and have an eye for detail. I wanted to make a unused room more practical for teenagers to use. They added a wall with cavity sliders, it looks as though it had been part of the design from build. Very functional, more than happy with the results. We have asked for it to be left at undercoat stage as we have a professional painter in the family, but I know they would done a fantastic job.

We got to know Karl and John pretty well over a 9 month major renovation project they handled for us. It was a giant project of pretty much gutting the whole house. They renovated 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, rumpus, media room and living room. Nothing was a problem for them. From framing, sheeting and painting. You couldn’t find better guys for a renovation project.

Karl and John from SEQ Renovations are currently renovating our Ormiston home. They are doing an absolutely amazing job and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our project has thrown challenge after challenge at them and they have exceeded our expectations every time. Nothing has been too hard for them.
